SIMCO FOODS is a national distributor of foods and groceries in business for 29 years.  Currently, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team.


  • A DRIVEN & PROFIECIENT Inside Sales Representative with general background in the grocery, trading, restaurant, and/or supermarket industries to join our company and grow with us.

Expectation of future sales team member: 

  • INCREASE SALES by tele-CALLING on Food Wholesalers, Supermarkets, Dollar Stores, Convenience Stores, Casinos, Schools, Colleges, State & Local institutions, and other food establishments.
  • Completing ALL administrative transactions for the final sale.

Sales Duties:

  • Calling on Existing & New Accounts
  • Cold Calling
  • Updating Databases 

Administrative Responsibility:

  • Transportation Dispatch
  • Sales & Quotation preparation
  • Creating & sending sales confirmations & invoices
  • Requesting Quotes
  • Obtaining & sending e-mails
  • Resolving customer inquiries
  • Maintaining, Expanding, & Creating Customer Base 

Candidate MUSTS:

  • Early Riser
  • Excellent Memory & Recall
  • Computer Skills–Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Strong Telephone skills
  • Prior Sales & Customer Service experience
  • Organized & Detail oriented


  • Full-Time,Monday thru Friday in-house position.  We start early (around 6:30 am), since a lot of our customers are back east.


Salary is negotiable depending on capabilities, strengths, experience and references.  Other benefits include paid vacation & sick days, health insurance, commission, and profit sharing.
