Inside Sales Representative

We are a well-established national distributor of Food & Groceries seeking a SKILLED, ASSERTIVE, SELF-MOTIVATED PROFESSIONAL inside SALESPERSON for a Full-Time, Monday thru Friday sales position. The expectation of this position is to increase sales and to support the profitability of the business to successfully achieve Company objectives.
- Maintain & EXPAND customer base
- Build & Preserve rapport with customers
- Research potential new clients & Identify NEW customers.
- Create & Expand relationships with accounts from Food Wholesalers, Supermarkets, Dollar Stores, Convenience Stores, Casinos, Schools, Colleges, State & Local institutions, and other food establishments.
- Establish & maintain sales goals
- Cold Calls & Calls to Existing & New accounts
- Update Databases
- Obtain & send emails
- Create & send sales confirmations & invoices
- Resolve customer inquiries, and collaborate to resolve potential issues that arise.
Candidate Requirement MUSTS:
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Strong attention to DETAILS
- Strong Organization skills
- Excellent RECALL/Memory
- Minimum 4 years sales experience with proven sales knowledge, technical selling skills, & Customer Service Experience.
- Strong ability to self-manage & self-motivate & Consistently going above & beyond expectations.
- Strong sense of Accountability
- Strong Verbal, Interpersonal, Relationship building, & Communication skills
- Strong business acumen
Salary is negotiable, pending capabilities, strengths, experience and references. Other benefits include, paid vacation & sick days, health insurance, commission & profit sharing.
